These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Biiready, a product operated by 4AIMS (“4AIMS”, “we”, “us”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1) The Service

Biiready helps users create job-application materials (e.g., tailored CVs, cover letters, interview preparation) based on user-provided information. Outputs are for informational purposes and may require your review and editing.

2) Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities under your account.

3) User content and permissions

A. Your content

You may upload or submit content such as your CV, job descriptions, and related materials (“User Content”). You represent you have the rights to provide this content.

B. License to operate the Service

You grant 4AIMS a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, and display your User Content solely to provide and improve the Service.

C. Ownership

You retain ownership of your User Content. We retain ownership of the Service, including software, design, and branding.

4) Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.

• Upload content that infringes intellectual property rights or violates privacy rights.

• Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or interfere with the Service.

• Use automated scraping or excessive requests that degrade the Service.

• Misrepresent affiliation with third parties (e.g., job boards).

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

5) Third-party services and job boards

You may paste links or content from third-party sites (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor). Those sites are not owned by 4AIMS. You are responsible for complying with their terms when using their content.

No affiliation: Biiready is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by LinkedIn, Indeed, or Glassdoor. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

6) Subscriptions, trials, and billing

If you purchase a subscription, you agree to:

• Pay the fees shown at checkout.

• Allow automatic renewals unless you cancel before the renewal date.

• Understand that trial eligibility, duration, and pricing may vary and will be shown at the time you start a trial or subscribe.

Payments are handled by a third-party payment provider. We do not store full payment card details.

7) Cancellations and refunds

You can cancel at any time through the billing portal or account settings (where available). Cancellation stops future renewals; access may continue until the end of the paid period.

Refunds (if any) are handled according to applicable law and any refund policy shown at purchase. If you believe you were charged in error, contact

8) No guarantees

We do not guarantee interviews, job offers, response rates, or outcomes. You are responsible for verifying accuracy, tailoring, and compliance of any output before submitting to employers.

9) Intellectual property

All rights in the Service (including the Biiready name, interface, and software) belong to 4AIMS or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service except as allowed by law.

10) Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if:

• You breach these Terms,

• required by law, or

• needed to protect the Service or other users.

11) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 4AIMS will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid to use the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

12) Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
