Biiready (“Biiready”, “we”, “us”) is a product operated by 4AIMS (“4AIMS”, “Company”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal data when you use Biiready and our websites (together, the “Service”).

1) What we collect

We collect the following categories of information:

A. Information you provide

• Account information: name, email, login details.

• CV/resume content: employment history, education, skills, contact details you include in your CV.

• Job information: job links or job descriptions you paste/upload.

• Generated content: tailored CV outputs, cover letters, interview prep, notes, and related materials you create in the Service.

• Support communications: messages you send to support.

B. Information we collect automatically

• Usage data: pages viewed, features used, actions taken, timestamps.

• Device/technical data: browser type, device type, operating system, IP address (may be used to infer general location).

• Cookies and similar technologies: described in our Cookie Policy.

C. Payment data

If you subscribe, payments are processed by a third-party payment provider (e.g., Stripe). We do not store full card details. We may receive billing status, subscription identifiers, and limited payment metadata (e.g., last four digits, card brand, country) from the payment provider.

We use personal data to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Service.

• Generate and deliver tailored documents and interview prep based on your inputs.

• CV/job inputs and generated outputs: kept to provide your library/history until you delete them or delete your account, unless we must retain certain records for legal reasons.

• Object to or restrict certain processing.

• Withdraw consent for non-essential cookies at any time.

The Service may link to third-party sites (e.g., job boards). Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. We are not responsible for third-party sites.
